Pumpkin Spice Latte Returns to Starbucks

Want to know what the first sign of fall is? The pumpkin spice latte.

Yes, it’s 80 degrees outside and people are still wearing shorts. But that doesn’t mean anything to Starbucks, who released its fall menu on Tuesday, Sept. 4.

The popular cinnamon and pumpkin-flavored beverage is a signature staple of the coffee behemoth, and it’s sure to tempt even the biggest Starbucks cynic into lines for the next few months.

But if you think the specialty lattes are the only thing in stores during the this fall, think again. Pumpkin baked goods, including scones and muffins, will be available to those seeking a sweet and spicy treat. To further capitalize on the seasonal favorite, there’s even pumpkin-flavored instant coffee this year.

So if you’re looking for an excuse to get out of the office, simply tell your boss you need a pumpkin spice latte break. Surely they’ll understand.
