Rebecca Zahau, girlfriend of Jonah Shacknai, was found dead on July 13, two days after Jonah's 6-year-old son, Max Shacknai, sustained what would ultimately be fatal injuries when he fell down stairs inside the historic Spreckels Mansion in Coronado.

Jonah Shacknai, the boyfriend of a woman who was found dead inside Spreckels Mansion in Coronado, said he will return to work soon during a company conference call.

Shacknai is the founder and chairman of Medicis Pharmaceuticals and his company has been approached about a possible sale. A company called Valeant Pharmaceuticals have talked to him about selling, according to Wall Street Journal.

Last month, Shacknai's girlfriend Rebecca Nalepa was found hanging from a balcony in his mansion with her hands and feet bound in a violent, suspicious manner. Sheriff's investigators still aren't sure if the death was a homicide or a suicide.
