A local woman is laughing all the way to the bank on April Fool’s Day.

Ruth S. stepped forward to claim her $19 million SuperLotto Plus lotto ticket, which she bought at Seafood City on East Orange Ave. in Chula Vista, according to lotto officials.

The winner chose to receive her winnings in 26 installments.

The store will get $95,000 for selling the winning ticket.

“It feels so good to be a winner, to be a store winner. It feels real good,” said manager Pedro Sanchez.
He says the store only opened about six weeks ago.

The winning numbers were 41, 26, 18, 20, 22 and the Mega number was 19.
