Earlier this month an executive for "Melrose" said, "the door is always open" for Heather to return to the series reboot, and it appears the invitation might have worked.

According to a People, Heather is in talks to reprise her role. Heather's return would make her the fifth original "Melrose" resident to come back to the new CW series.Laura Leighton, Thomas Calabro, Josie Bissett and Daphne Zuniga will all be seen on the show this fall.
