I've written about music and shows nearly everyday for the last five years on my site, sddialedin.com, yet when it comes to promoting the five year anniversary party for my site, I'm nearly at a loss for words and blush at the shameless self-promotion, so instead I'll tell you that I'm proud of the amazing music scene that we have here and I've invited some of my favorite artists to perform. The night will kick off with one of San Diego's best singer-songwriters, Josh Damigo, then my great friends Old Tiger will grace the stage with their soulful rock, with the frenetic talents of Fierce Creatures from Fresno closing the night. Tim Pyles will be spinning vinyl throughout the night. I hope to see everyone tonight at The Griffin and hope that five years is just the beginning.
