Bublé-palooza

Michael Bublé, a Grammy award-winning Canadian crooner who has sold more than 20 million albums (worldwide), plays an intimate show Thursday night at Anthology for Star 94.1 listeners.

Per Star's 94.1's Web site :"A once in a lifetime experience just for Star listeners. You can't buy tickets but you can win them ... only on Star."

That would explain the dozens of requests I've been receiving (a day) from family, friends and randoms on the street, begging for access to this coveted event. If I was to classify the person in desperate pursuit of tickets, it would be a guy who has never listened to Bublé, looking to do good for his lady. In short, women adore this man (in a Harry Connick Jr. sort of way). However, gossip blog"> some blogs have reported that Bublé is not as squeaky clean as his swooning counterparts.

To set the record straight, I do not have extra tickets, nor will I be attending Bublé-palooza. When I approached AJ in the Morning about the show, he politely explained that it was an exclusive engagement between the radio station and Michael's record label -- and that scoring tickets to a Beatles reunion (with original members) would be an easier task.

If you're not one of the lucky few to win tickets from Star 94.1, be sure to check SoundDiego tomorrow, because our friends at Anthology will be posting exclusive pictures from the show. In the meantime, here's a Michael Bublé gallery we recently posted.
