Brad Grey Razes Sinatra's Old House & Lists Land Instead

How's this for ridiculous? Brad Grey, the big wig CEO of Paramount Pictures, snatched up a Holmby Hills estate that was once owned by Frank Sinatra. Grey and his now-wife Cassandra Huysentruyt hosted their lavish wedding at the expansive estate after shelling out $18.5 million for the posh property back in 2010. So far, so normal, right? After the wedding Grey flipped the pad back onto the market, but get this—he apparently razed Sinatra's former digs and listed the flat 2.15-acre property sans home for a staggering $19.995 million, reports Curbed

The puzzling part is that the $19.995 million list price is the same asking price as when there was indeed a structure on the lush grounds. While the idea of building "your dream estate" (according to the language in the public listing) in a prime area of Bel Air is certainly attractive, the idea of living in Sinatra's former crib is perhaps even more attractive. And, if you're interested to see what Grey leveled, click here to take a tour of Sinatra's former home.
