Titans’ Find Carr’s Replacement

While Chris Carr was in high demand on the open market, the Titans didn't seem that concerned to lose their returner. On Wednesday we found out why, as Tennessee signed Panthers' returner Mark Jones to fill the void left when Carr signed with the Ravens.

If the Titans are looking for a punt returner, Jones should be able to fill Carr's shoes. Jones is a small, shifty returner who makes people miss, but he's not a straight-line burner, which is why he had only 18 kick returns in his career before the 2008 season.
