Chargers Fade to Black

Saturday's game against the Seahawks is blacked out

If you're a Chargers fan expecting to see the team's first preseason game live this Saturday, we have some bad news.

According to the Chargers Web site, the game against the Seattle Seahawks will be blacked out.

The NFL's policy requires that all games not sold out 72 hours prior to kickoff be blacked out in the local market -- that affects all viewers within 75 miles. As of Wednesday afternoon, the Chargers said there were still 6,000 tickets available.

If you want to see the game in person, kickoff is at 7:05 p.m. And there's an option: You can watch the game tape-delayed at 10:30 p.m. or listen to it on the radio at KIOZ Rock 105.3 FM or XTRA Sports 1360 AM.
