A few observations. The first is that it seems unseemly to ask so many nakedly political questions. Yes, these are political appointments, but shouldn't competence and experience, not loyalty, be the real test?
The second observation: How would any mortal answer a question like No. 31: "Have you ever had any association with any person or group or business venture which could be used, even unfairly, to impugn or question your character and qualifications for the requested appointment?"
