One person was stabbed at the Vista Transit Center Friday afternoon, the sheriff’s department confirmed.
The San Diego County Sheriff’s Department said the stabbing happened just after 1:45 p.m. at the transit center located at 240 S. Santa Fe Ave. A juvenile male was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening stab wounds to his torso and arms.
Witness told deputies they say three male juveniles approach the victim as he walked to the transit center from a nearby school.
The incident is being investigated as a gang-related crime.
