A pregnant woman, two children and an additional woman were involved in a two-vehicle collision near Sharp Mary Birch Hospital in Kearny Mesa Saturday morning, authorities said.
The crash at the corner of Frost Street and Health Center Drive happened just before 9:30 a.m.
According to officials, one car made a left turn as the other vehicle had the green light to go straight and the two collided.
Medics were requested and all four people involved in the crash were transported to Sharp Hospital with non-life threatening injuries and complaints of pain, police said.
Police stayed at the scene to help direct traffic.
