Police were pursuing a driver in the downtown Los Angeles area Wednesday afternoon.
Police were pulling away from the driver, as his moves became more and more erratic.
After weaving in and out of traffic, and attempting to lose the police helicopter, the driver pulled into a parking structure at 6th Street and Coronado.
