Two men shot, one died in hospital

Police are trying to find the gunman who shot two men this morning, killing one of them.

SDPD arrested a Sex Offender Fugitive from New York. Dale Dulac fled the state of NY violating his parole. Reports came in that he was in San Diego, Officers got a call and went on foot at the 1500 block of Imperial Av.They recognized Dulac and arrested him peacefully, Great job! pic.twitter.com/cka0BvAEDN
