A motorcyclist who was killed Friday night after losing control of his vehicle inside a Chula Vista intersection was identified on Sunday.
Brady Echeverria, 21, was traveling north on a Honda CBR 600 motorcycle on Foxboro Avenue at a high speed of rate at about 10:15 p.m., police said.
Echeverria reportedly lost control of his motorcycle at the intersection with East Naples Street and struck a concrete curb. Echeverria was then ejected from the vehicle and hit a brick wall.
Witnesses called 911, and once Chula Vista police and fire officials responded they confirmed Echeverria's death due to obvious blunt force injuries, according to the Medical Examiner's office.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
