Daily Blotter: Knock, Knock

Tuesday 1:42 a.m. โ€“ A man answered a knock at his door and was robbed at gunpoint in Point Loma. According to SDPD, one suspect held the man at gunpoint while other suspects took money and other items from the victimโ€™s bedroom. A man and a woman heard the robbery and got out through a back window to call police.
 
Monday 10:02 p.m. โ€“ A man held up the Burritos Santana Taco Shop at 6545 University Avenue in Rolando Park. San Diego police are looking for a man who got away with an undetermined amount of money, 5โ€™10โ€, thin build,  brown eyes, wearing a black beanie hat, black jacket and a blue bandana over his face.
 
Monday 9:25 a.m. โ€“ A truck and a bicycle collided on westbound La Jolla Village drive, sending the cyclist to the hospital. According to SDPD, the cyclist, a 48 year old man, failed to yield and dropped his bike trying to avoid a crash. He slid under the truck and was the right rear tire rolled onto him stopping on his chest.
