A toddler got his hand stuck in a bathroom drain Saturday evening, Heartland Fire &Rescue said.
The incident happened at an apartment in the 8900 block of Grossmont Boulevard around 7:45 p.m.
The bathtub had to be cut around the drain.
The boy's hand was stuck in such a way that rescue crews had to cut and remove the bathtub around the drain.
After two hours his hand was freed. He is expected to be okay.
