Sounds Like San Diego: Nov. 20

Broncho heads up the last Friday of live-music before Thanksgiving

It's the last weekend before Thanksgiving, which seems to kick off several weeks of whirlwind frenzy, so let's just take a breath, slow down a  minute, and do what the holiday season is meant to encourage: spend time with friends and loved ones. I know no better way to do that than with music. Tonight, Ryan Bingham plays his second sold-out night at the Belly Up, Saddle Creek's the Good Life are at the Casbah (with my buddy Jake Bellows opening!), and Skinny Puppy will surely have all the goth kids at Observatory. The Woggles are at Til-Two, Havok are at Soda Bar, and Boingo Dance Party and Marujah are at Music Box. Still, my pick is Broncho at the Hideout. This band totally rocks and they keep getting better and better with every tour.
