There are some really amazing shows this weekend so you should definitely get out and catch some live music. The White Buffalo returns to town with a free (with paid racetrack admission) show at the Del Mar Summer Concert Series and the lovely pop songstress Betty Who is joined by one of my faves, Geographer (check out the SoundDiego interview with them here), at the Observatory. The Creepy Creeps don their masks with a show at Soda Bar and Nite Jewel rolls into the Casbah. For your big show of the night, Incubus and Jimmy Eat World play Mattress Firm Amphitheatre, and if you want to dance yourself silly, One More Time brings their Daft Punk tribute to Music Box. I plan on hitting at least a couple shows and one thing is for sure, I'll be spending my Saturday sleeping in.
