Despite the brand, it isn't very often that the Hard Rock Cafe actually hosts live music. This week, however, there's a very special performance that deserves to be noticed. Three great local bands are playing together to benefit Musicians on Call. The organization was founded in 1999 with the goal of bringing live and recorded music to the bedsides of patients in hospitals and health-care facilities, in order to aid in healing. More than 176,000 patients have been benefitted from the room-to-room performances by local and national musicians and celebrities.
