Encinitas' Lofty Coffee Co. Expands to Little Italy
Lofty Coffee Co., which operates two coffee bar/cafes and a roastery in North County, will be opening another outpost in Little Italy later this year at the corner of Cedar and Columbia streets. In addition to serving coffee drinks, the cafe will serve breakfast and lunch and include an in-house bakery.
University Heights' Big Front Door Sets Sights on Bankers Hill
Popular Park Boulevard sandwich shop Big Front Door announces plans to open a second location on Fourth Avenue in Bankers Hill. This significantly-larger space will be a full-fledged, sit-down eatery offering breakfast, lunch and dinner plus beer and wine. It's expected to open by Fall 2016.
