    JOIN THE CIRQUE:  Think world-class acrobats and musicians, colorful metropolis costumes and sights that give a magical take on a city landscape. This is the foundation of Cirque Dreams Illumination; a new addition to the Broadway hit series, Cirque Dreams. The show begins at 7 p.m. at Balboa Theatre and tickets range from $15 to $72.

    LAUGH IT OFF:  Enjoy a “Stress-Free Tuesday” at U-31. Comedians, Brian Whitaker and Sarah Tiana, take the stage at 7 p.m. to help you laugh away your mid-week worries. Admission is $5 or arrive before 7:30 p.m. and get in for free.

    BOOZE AND BOARD GAMES: The Whistler Stop Bar lets “Friends Chill” every week to listen to mellow tunes or get competitive at board games. From 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. let your inner-child play games like darts, pool and even Super Nintendo. Oh and, no cover!
