Obama Facebook Threat Traced to Kid

Secret Service won't press charges after talking to juvenile, parents

The Secret Service traced the Facebook threat against President Obama to a juvenile and will not press charges.

The kid's name and age were not disclosed, but agents spoke to the child and his or her parents and determined there was no serious threat to Obama.

The posting, put up Saturday but since removed, posed a quiz to readers, "Should Obama be killed?" The options were no, maybe, yes, and "yes, if he cuts my health care."

"This is something we classified as a mistake on the juvenile's part," said Secret Service spokesman Ed Donovan said.
