Police are looking for the driver of a vehicle involved in a hit and run accident that left one man with a broken leg in San Ysidro, early morning Saturday.

The 28-year-old victim was crossing the street near 100 East Park when police said he was struck by a car going northbound.

The suspect's vehicle was only described as a beige 90’s four-door. No description of the driver or any occupants was given.

Traffic officers responded to the scene and the man was taken to a local hospital for treatment and his injuries are not considered life threatening, police said.

Anyone with information in the incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (888) 580-TIPS(8477).
