Four masked men robbed an Oceanside bank Tuesday morning and fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash, Oceanside police said.
The unidentified suspects robbed a Wells Fargo Bank at 2701 Vista Way about 10:30 a.m.
A suspect stole money from a teller drawer and fled the scene with three accomplices.
When police arrived, the suspects were already gone. The four men disguised themselves by wearing dark masks covering parts of their face.
They entered the bank and ordered the people inside to drop to the floor, police said. One of the suspects then jumped over the bank counter and emptied a teller drawer.
None of the suspects yielded a weapon, but one was seen with a handgun in his waistband, police said. The incident lasted less than a minute.
The FBI is conducting an investigation.
