    The Living Lights project will be on display tonight and tomorrow night at Escenario Terrace in Carlsbad. NBC 7's Artie Ojeda reports.

    “It’s going to feel like Christmas Eve should,” said NBC 7 meteorologist Jodi Kodesh.

    For the most part, the storm will clear out and residents can expect a mostly sunny Christmas Day.
