A two-year-old was struck by a car in Otay Mesa Monday afternoon, police said.
Medics responded to the collision in the 2900 block of Coronado Ave. at about 2:30 p.m., according to an official with the San Diego Police Department.
The toddler was conscious and breathing, but had to be transported to the hospital. She sustained minor injuries, authorities said.
SDPD is investigating the collision. The San Diego Fire Rescue Department also responded to the incident.
