Thursday night has long served as a solid lead-in to a typical San Diego weekend, but tonight the music options seem to agitate and dare you to attack back. Thee Silver Mt. Zion bring their aggressive psych-rock to the Casbah, while the faux-French indie rockers of Nous Non Plus appear at the Soda Bar. The County Fair have been making a name for themselves in the San Diego scene, and you can catch them at Tin Can, or you can celebrate the legend that is Bob Marley as Groundation pays tribute to the reggae giant's birthday at the Belly Up. Any option tonight should provide a good start to your weekend, so get out there and show Thursday that you can handle whatever it throws at you.
