San Diego Seeing Sharp Rise in Homicides | What's Up?

The San Diego Police Department says they have seen 10 homicides so far in 2022, an 80% increase compared to last year. And, the number of unsheltered homeless people in downtown San Diego has more than doubled from 2021. Plus, gas prices have hit 14 record highs in just 16 days.
