It’s also the Chicano Park Day Celebration and the CityBeat Festival of Beers. Later that night, the Pixies and Public Access T.V. take over the CCCU OAT; Cold Cave and Body of Light perform at night two of the Space Bar Grand Opening; The Wailers headline Music Box; Cindy Lee Berryhill (Record Release Party), Syd Straw and Nena Anderson hit the Casbah; Lil Uzi Vert takes over the Observatory North Park; Ghost Bath, Astronoid and Ash Williams are at Soda Bar; Joseph and Bailen play the Belly Up; and Bayside, Say Anything and Reggie & the Full Effect perform at House of Blues. Dance options include Life in Color featuring Cash Cash, A-Trak and Rusko at Valley View Casino Center; EDX at Omnia; Booty Bassment at the Whistle Stop; or Club Sabbat at Numb3rs with DJ Heather Hardcore and yours truly.
