Three men entered a Burger King through a drive-thru window Thursday morning and put three female employees in the freezer, police said.
The restaurant on Mira Mesa Boulevard was robbed just before 2 a.m.
The men were wearing masks and gloves and one of them was armed with a knife.
They fled the scene with an undetermined amount of cash.
