That dreaded weather condition known as "El Nino" may be back.
World weather experts are turning their attention to the Pacific Ocean, once again near the Equator.
It seems "El Nino" condition could be developing…and that could eventually affect our weather.
What it means is uncertain.
But, in some years when there was an "El Nino" condition in the Pacific, the winter storms in California were unceasing, causing major flooding and more than an abundant amount of rainfall.
