Jess' Traditional Mexican Red Pozole

Pozole is a traditional Mexican soup that’s enjoyed by Jess’ family on any day of the year, but especially on holidays like Christmas or New Year’s Day. Pork, hominy, and a combination of ancho and guajillo chili peppers form the base for this soup that’s rich in both color and flavor. Top it off with some onions, cabbage, radishes, a spritz of lime juice and enjoy!
