Find her recipes, below. -BLACKBERRY BUNNY MIMOSA 1 cup blackberries 1 cup water 1/2 cup granulated white sugar 1 medium orange 2 small limes 1 bottle Champagne or Sparkling Wine Flower garnish -LOU’S LAMB CHOPS 2 packs Marconda’s Oven-Ready French Trim New Zealand Lamb Racks ½ stick salted James Farm butter Juice of 1 lemon 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 clove minced garlic 1 tbsp salt & pepper Rosemary sprigs Mint jelly Horseradish cream sauce Bake at 350 for 30 minutes -BUNNY CAKE 3 cups flour 2 cups white sugar 2 ½ tsp baking soda 2 ½ tsp ground cinnamon ½ tsp nutmeg 1 tsp salt 1 ¼ cup vegetable oil 3 eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 large orange 2 cups shredded carrots 4 tsp grated orange zest Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 mins
