Affordable Mexican Independence Day Party Planning

California Live is celebrating Mexican Independence all week long and welcomes Maria Dueñas, founder and event planner of Deelish Events to show us how to throw the perfect Independence Day party without breaking the piñata. Danielle Nottingham and Jessica Vilchis get DIY tips on making your party look festive, and learn where to allocate funds when needed. Joining the celebration is Sprinkles Cupcakes who has partnered with San Diego-based chef, Claudette Zepeda, to create a limited-edition cupcake, La Gloria Cupcake. Donations will be made to the Hispanic Heritage Foundation on behalf of Sprinkles. Enjoy La Gloria flavor through September 25!
