The Brown Choice: Schools or Taxes?

The Sacramento Bee reports what we've been predicting at Prop Zero: Gov. Jerry Brown intends to present voters with a crystal clear choice sometime next year.
Voters will be able to extend current tax increases and protect schools from cuts. Or they can vote against the tax extension and thus embrace a specific series of cuts for schools.
It's this approach that has succeeded in recent measures in Oregon and Arizona.
