Family files wrongful death lawsuit trial against Chula Vista police

A family’s agony over the death of a loved one is now a wrongful death lawsuit against the City of Chula Vista and the officers who restrained him. NBC 7’s Allison Ash was outside the federal courthouse with a look at some of the evidence jurors are about to see.
