What's Up: Updates in San Diego for Morning of July 3, 2021

Border authorities are stepping up patrols in anticipation of smuggling attempts in the next few days. The agency will have extra patrols out on land and will use boats and helicopters to watch out for potential smugglers along our coast. The extra patrols will last through at least Tuesday.
