Street vendor enforcement in city of San Diego ramps up

San Diego police will soon start ticketing and possibly impounding equipment from street vendors who aren’t following the rules. Officers warned vendors in the Gaslamp Quarter about an updated law that will go into effect on March 29, 2024. NBC 7’s Dave Summers reports.
