Small Businesses Looking Forward to Reopening but There Questions

On State Street in Carlsbad Village, a place full of small stores and restaurants, business owners want answers about when and how to re-open, and some told NBC 7’s Allison Ash that Gov. Gavin Newsom didn’t give them much clarity on Thursday.
