Schools Expected to Be Permitted to Reopen Next Week

San Diego’s county health officer told educators Tuesday that schools will be permitted to re-open next week and that they can remain open in the future even if cases spike again and the county was placed back on the state’s watch list — unless the case rate were to become “astronomically high,” reports NBC 7’s Omari Fleming.
