National City service member hopes to reunite with family abroad

A federal program called “Military Parole in Place” reunites military service members with their families abroad. It gives some military families temporary permission to stay in the country while looking for a permanent home. NBC 7’s Shandel Menezes spoke to one National City service member motivated to reunite with his mother.
