New Rules Confront Beachgoers on Day 1 of Reopening

San Diego police officers are helping lifeguards educate and inform everyone of the new beach rules, reports NBC 7’s Melissa Adan, but officers can write out citations if necessary, and, if not everyone follows the rules, the beach could possibly close down again.
