Kaboo Returns to Del Mar

New owners are bringing back the popular Kaaboo music festival to the Del Mar Fairgrounds. But there’s plenty of baggage left from the previous and now defunct ownership still caught up in lawsuits. Many ticketholders never got their money back to the 2020 Kaaboo that never happened. NBC 7’s Jackie Crea heard from the Del Mar Fairgrounds spokesperson and some of the people wondering if they will ever see their money again.
