Instruments stolen from visiting band students in Chula Vista

Chula Vista Police are investigating after someone broke into a small school’s storage truck and stole thousands of dollars worth of instruments. NBC 7’s Shandel Menezes spoke with the school’s principal to hear how they plan to recover.
