Federal Court Backs San Diego Unified COVID-19 Vaccine Mandate

The Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals sided with the San Diego Unified School District Saturday in its efforts to protect staff and students by putting in place a COVID-19 vaccine mandate, SDUSD officials said. NBC 7’s Omari Fleming reports.
