Escondido Man Gets Nearly 8 Years for Killing Teens in Crash

A family who lost their 19-year-old daughter in a crash involving an intoxicated driver has waited for him to go to jail for four years and will have to wait still longer while he remains out on appeal, reports NBC 7’s Amber Frias.
