County Expects to Get off State Monitoring List on Tuesday

San Diego’s hope of getting off the state’s watch list appeared to be confirmed on Monday, when both Gov. Gavin Newsom and County Supervisor Nathan Fletcher said they expected the county to be taken off the state’s monitoring list, reports NBC 7’s Bridget Naso.
