Confusion Surrounding Opening Up Retailers Under San Diego County Health Order

The home decor shop Tuesday Morning has opened some of its San Diego County locations to allow customers inside despite the county and state order asking retailers only open up for curbside pick-up and delivery, reports NBC 7’s Melissa Adan.
