Sounds Like San Diego: December 24 & 25

Christmas is in the air, but that doesn't mean you can't rock out this holiday weekend. Exile on Kettner Boulevard has become an annual Christmas Eve tradition, with Mario Escovedo leading some of San Diego's greatest musicians in a night full of Rolling Stones covers. There's no guest list and no priority line, so if you don't get there early for the free show, you might find yourself like one of the dozens of people who couldn't get in last year. Don't say I didn't warn you!
